Interrupted streaming

We use Verizon home internet.  When we are streaming a program (typically thru the PRIME app)  it will be interrupted by a spinning icon which eventually says there was a problem and to come back later.   Believe it or not, it happens EVERY evening between 7-8 pm.  

Our phones can stream and our desktop can stream without this interruption.  Could it be our TV??

Any comments are welcome.  It's sooooooo frustrating!  THANKS!

Thank you for your reply. We tested our phones & desktop which streamed just fine. We ended up replacing the tv! Problem solved!  👍
