Issues redeeming home internet offers of Nintendo switch and target gift card

I cannot redeem my offers due to the tiles not being where they should be. Pretty frustrating as I got the emails and the link doesn’t take me where it should.

I ended up on the Verizon chat where they said it was corrected. If you can confirm it worked that would be great as I never received an email saying it was but the chat person said it did. It was the home internet I started with Verizon, but the error is the tiles never showed up under the destination they were supposed to be after the waiting period.

Hello, Boots15. Help is still here. There was an issue where many customers had problems with redeeming the promotion via the My Verizon account but has since been correct. Please ensure you clear cache and cookies to then relaunch the My Verizon account to complete your redemption. Please let us know if you still have issues or further questions.
