I currently have Verizon LTE Home Internet. My service lately has been very slow or doesn't work at all. Online it shows that my router is no longer supported by Verizon and needs to be upgraded. When I got to upgrade, it tells me that the service is not available at my address. I'm not trying to add the service, I simply want to upgrade my equipment. We don't have FiOS, broadband or any other Internet options, so we are dependent on this service. We use it for both work and school. I'm afraid if call Verizon in they will cancel my service since it is no longer available at my address. Any suggestions?
