This is the last time I ask this question before I drop your equipment off at one of your stores. I don't even really care if I just leave it outside the doorstep. I'll take a pic as proof of delivery. I've called, chatted, left posts here and just get the run around. I DON'T WANT YOUR EQUIPMENT IN MY HOME ANYMORE. the last guy I talked to on the phone on the 7th said YOU GUYS NEVER SENT ANYTHING OUT on the 18th when I first cancelled my service, even though YOU told me on the 27th it was 'still in route. 'The incompetence here is truly ASTOUNDING.
I'm done waiting for your kit in the mail; you either need to get me a UPS label or like I said, after work today, I'm dropping this stuff off at a Verizon store.
