Linking Service to Profile

I have been trying link my 5G Home Internet to my account but whenever I enter my info, it says Verizon will send me mail with a link to set it up but I never receive the actual mail. I've been stuck doing the one time payment option for a few months. I would appreciate the help if anyone else has ran into this problem.
