Every morning this week when I turn on my tv, my YouTube tv app shows that I’m in Milwaukee not Chicago. When I restart the router it’s back to normal. I know it’s not YouTube tv because it works fine on other devices. Why is my location always different in the morning? YouTube tv will say according to my ip address is changed local channels. Why is this happening? Thanks

Milielba1,
Sorry to hear about the issue. If you haven't found a solution or the issue is still happening, try updating Your Home Area:
- Open the YouTube TV app and go to your profile settings.
- Select Location and then Home Area.
- Update the location to your home zip code. This is your primary location for local channels.
Hope this helps!

Hello, Milielba1, we appreciate you reaching out in reference to your location concern! When looking at wireless Internet, your IP Address is dynamic as opposed to static. With that being the case, the server can change when connecting/rebooting. When looking at television, you may notice local channels have changed when this happens.

It’s doing it again. I know it’s not YouTube tv it’s Verizon. Why does this keep happening? When it does, restarting the Verizon modem fixes it. I know for a fact that it’s a Verizon problem because I can go to YouTube tv on my phone and it’s working perfectly but my big tv is not. Please help with this problem
