I am losing my 5G Home Internet when there are concerts at the Blossom Music Center venue near my home (Cuyahoga Falls, OH). This happens in the evening, typically starting around 6-6:30pm, and only on nights when there is a live concert going on. I'm thinking there is an increase in cell signal demand by concert attendees. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? Who would I contact at Verizon to report my issue?
Thanks, Mark

We're sorry to read about the issue you're having with your service during events near you. Does your 5G Home internet device show anything when this is occuring such as flashing lights? ~Peter

We lose service at every concert with Verizon! This led to an unsafe situation last year for my wife! Itโs like they just shut it off. People with ATT or TMobile are fine. Very disappointing!
