Missing $200 Verizon gift card

I signed up for 5G Home Ultimate because i was promised several rebates, including a Nintendo Switch, Amazon Gift Card, and a $200 Verizon Gift card. I called customer service because I dont see any option to redeem the $200 Verizon Gift Card. After a very long phone call, the agent i spoke to told me it was a “rare system error”, but that he corrected it. He promised i would get an email within 3 days with the rebate information and option to redeem. Its been about 2 weeks and I still haven’t received any email, and there is still no option to redeem in the app. Im concerned that I was lied to, and hope this can be resolved. My purchase receipt shows the gift card promotions I am entitled to, along with a Redeem By date of Nov 28. Can anyone help?
