Monthly bill increased to 400.00

So I moved into a new  home march 1st of this year and i call Verizon to move service from my old apartment to my new  apartment. Pretty simple, right? Not for Verizon. They created another account at my new address and have been double billing me since March I called and asked them to delete one of the accounts and credit me for the overpayment. Which they assured me they would do. So not only did I not get a credit for this month but I’m still being billed for the other account. To the tune of 400.00 for an account that is supposed to be only home internet and nothing else 85.00 a month. And today I get home and my service is shut off for non-payment. I’M NOT GIVING YOU GUYS ANYMORE MONEY. You haven’t credited me what you owe me and you haven’t deleted this other account. Now I just want my service turned off completely. I’ll get service somewhere else! Oh and the app and the support number both tell me there is nothing they can do until I make a payment.  ..l.
