My 5G plan ending in a me losing my 300 MBs plan

I requested help because my 5G Home internet recently started to consistently drop. I was told the solution was to try  a new router to see if that resolve  my issue and I would get instructions on how to return my old router. It ends up the person who helped me totally changed my plan and my price increased. I ended up calling back to make sure my planned was changed back to my original 300 MBs plan I signed up for in November of 2022 for $25 ( because I added a cell  phone line) and before there was a two tier plan with different speeds. I have now been downgraded to the 100 MBs plan after calling to find a solution for my internet issue. Never thought I would say this but I’m ready to go back to Comcast and pay $50 for 12 months and get 1Gig internet. Very disappointed.
