My 5g home service got disconnected after getting a new router, can't go back to 5g now

I don't know how I would contact a higher up or some one who would acutally help. Customer service has been giving me false hope and the run around. I months ago had to get my 5g router replaced because a up date broke it. But when I recived said new router my 5g home got disconnected and down garded to LTE+ so now I'm paying $45 a month instead $35 for slower internet. I have tried to to get my 5g router back but am told by Customer service it is no longer available in my area. Then Customer service say's they will fill out a form to get the back end team to send me a new router. I never here from The back end team , It has been months since I called for this replament never recived a update at all. So for months now I have had slower internet that cost more becuase of a mistake a agent made while ordering me a replacment. Customer service has had yet to acutally get my problem solved.
