My Business 5G Internet connection keeps dropping

Hi After running my Verizon internet side by side with cable I finally cut the cord. But a month later the service is bad, and the connection keeps dropping. I cannot run my home business like this. I have made many calls and tried everything but now they say I am locked in for 3 years. I may have to pay the penalty and go back to cable which was much more reliable.

What router are you running?

What is your 5G signal strength underneath the router status page?

I have made 20 calls and talked to the support, and they have all the information in the tickets, but they have not been able to fix it. I can provide that information if that will help fix the issue.

pandya4, I saw your messages, indicating you've been contacting us about this a fair bit. I'm sorry you're running into some connection issues. For sure we don't want you to have to add on services from another provider or end things with us early. I want to help out, and to do that can you share some more details about the connection dropping problem? Is this related to devices connecting to the Wi-Fi Network the 5G Router is providing? Or the signal the router itself is getting from the network?
