I have a Verizon 5g Home Internet Gateway ARC-XCI55AX with firmware 3.1.1.17
I tried following Verizon Internet Gateway - Configure IP Passthrough / Bridge Mode
https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-301824/
but at Step: 5
I do not have the same option of IP passthrough which might be due to the Firmware 3.1.1.17.
I tried resetting the device to see if the firmware updates would be pushed but with no luck.
Based on Verizon Internet Gateway (ARC-XCI55AX) Software Update
https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-internet-gateway-arc-xci55ax-update/
the newest update for my device should be 3.2.0.7 but mine is stuck on 3.1.1.17
Can anyone please explain or assist how to push new firmware to my device, thanks.

I guess Verizon Support replies are just AI-generated since it did not even pick up the details of my post.
My specific issue was for Verizon Internet Gateway (ARC-XCI55AX)
I even referenced all the relevant links pertaining to my specific issue.
The link you provided shows instructions for 5G Home Router LRVS-100 which is a different device and has a very different Admin Web GUI, totally unrelated and no help whatsoever.
For those having the same issue.
I have called customer support 4 times, and they have finally realized that my device Verizon Internet Gateway (ARC-XCI55AX) has issues and would not receive any firmware updates beyond 3.1.1.17 no matter how much you factory reset it and wait to see if the firmware would update. The open source software option on the Admin Web GUI which is supposed to be a portal to download firmware updates to manually install them only has firmware 3.1.1.17 which is the firmware my device already has and is outdated. The purpose of that portal is to revert your device to old firmware not to update it to the latest firmware.
Firmware version 3.1.1.17 would not give you the IP Passthrough option because it is an outdated firmware.
If you follow
Verizon Internet Gateway - Configure IP Passthrough / Bridge Mode
https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-301824/
What Verizon does not tell you is that this troubleshooting guide is for Verizon Internet Gateway (ARC-XCI55AX) that has the newest firmware of 3.2.0.7 so if your gateway is stuck on 3.1.1.17 no matter what you do you would not see the same Admin Web GUI that has the IP Passthrough option.
So the only solution is a device replacement. Which I am still currently waiting on.
