My Verizon phone app not working

I set up my home internet about 5 days ago and the my Verizon app has not worked for it since I sert it up. All settings are grayed out. I’ve rebooted and resetted it multiple times and nothing works. I’ve seen this has been an ongoing issue for 6 years at least and I cannot find the solution.
I’ve also contacted support and they tell me to use my desktop. Which is fine. But I want the app to work too.

I've found this to be indicative of permission issues on Android phones. Are you running the app., on Android or iPhone? Also, what model of phone? (e.g., Samsung S24, iPhone 15).
