Hi folks,
I have an ASK-NCQ1338FA gateway for my service, which works great and I love it. I need to open a couple ports for my Tempest personal weather station to send data outbound while the gateway is on the high security firewall setting, which is required for my work from home job.
I entered the port info in the virtual servers tab, but my weather station indicates a comm failure. It works perfect with the firewall set to medium, of course. But I need it to work with the maximum security setting.
Any thoughts or what info can I provide to help solve this mystery?
