I upgraded my home internet to plus to qualify for the NFL Sunday Ticket promotion, but the offer is not showing on my account. I have spent hours between chat and on the phone with representative, and going in the store and no one has resolved my issue. I have been told three times that I would receive an email within 3-4 days. I have already activated my Youtube TV that I signed up for. I am so frustrated. I've navigated my account with a representative, looked for the promotion to appear. I've been put on hold. I don't know what to do anymore. Hopefully someone can help. Please.

Hello, WB02BRE. Help is here as we can definitely provide some answers. Just to confirm, are you referencing the NFL Sunday Ticket on us OR the $100 off this season of the NFL Sunday Ticket? The reason I ask is that I do see you stated you upgraded. Please clarify so that we may know how to assist properly.

Thank you. I am referencing the NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube, on us.
I visited a Verizon store and upgraded my home internet to 5G Home Plus, which I was informed qualified me to received the NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube, on us. I was told that I would receive the NFL Sunday Ticket at no cost for this year. This was confirmed by subsequent conversations with Verizon representatives during phone and chat conversations.

I am also having trouble redeeming NFL Sunday Ticket on us. It is showing up as a redeemable perk in my account, but when I attempt to redeem the perk, it says that I need to try again later. I have tried again later many times. Please help me.

I'm also having the same verizon website failure trying to redeem NFL Sunday ticket. I've even tried speaking with someone from phone support to no avail. Every attemp: I log into verizon website, Goto Account Overview, click on Home offers.... Under ready to redeem, I click on the NFL Sunday ticket offer, accept the terms, select the account associated with my youtubetv subscription, Then I'm redirected back to Verizon website with this url:

and land on a page that just says "Looks like something went wrong! Please try again."
I've tried using private safari browser and incognito chrome... ERRRR, nothing works!

I too am unable to activate the NFL Sunday ticket offer. I added 5G home internet on 8/20 and activated service the following day.
I have chatted with customer support 3 timed and each time they said - I am eligible for the NFL ticket offer, that they have escalated my request and that I will receive the email from Verizon with specific instructions- first on 8/30, then 9/1 and most recently, 9/4.
There is no tile under "Make the Most of your plans", however it does show "account enrolled" under manage your services and perks within the My Verizon app...
The only email that I have received from Verizon since this started was a "Congratulations and thank you for being a Verizon customer for 25 Years!!!!"

Yes, I have reviewed these FAQs and checked each area that applies...Thete is no tile under Make the Most of Your plans. Also, I have not had any opportunity to link my google account to allow verizon access

The FAQ states that there would be a "Ready to redeem" or "Transaction Complete" email as well with instructions

I have had the same problem as everyone else here. I have been on the phone and in chat with "customer support" for hours. Verizon used to have outstanding customer service. Clearly, this is no longer the case. I purchased home internet in response to the promotion on July 26. The NFL season starts today, and Verizon still has not made good on its promise. I just purchased the NFL Sunday Ticket on my own. I will be canceling my Verizon home internet within the next couple of months, and I am now ready to start shopping for a new phone provider. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

Same boat. On the phone with them now after receiving empty promises. If its not resolved by 1pm games, I am buying myself and asking for bill credits or just returning to optimum who's 1 gig is faster and less expensive.

Does anyone have the actual activation link (like the weblink from the tile) that they can paste into a response? I don't have a tile showing either, just looking for a workaround...

They told me to call Youtube and I did and the guy laughed and said " I don't know why they keep telling people to call us because this is not on our end. This is on their end and we can only assist with purchases made through us directly."
The first link is the offer. The second is the link to when you are redirected to google so you can log in with your gmail account. The third is what happens after logging in or selecting your already logged in gmail account. Personally, I have tried all trouble shooting, but am not great with code reading and understand where the break is that is causing the error. Maybe you can solve for us.

Thanks! I'll give it a shot! UPDATE: No dice on that either; went through the account link process, but sent me right back to my account subscription page with no update to Sunday ticket... good job Verizon.
