NFL Sunday Ticket Promotion

I sign up for 5g Home Internet on 8/4/23. Was told I would receive an email on 8/11/23 to activate this NFL Sunday Ticket. I have taken to numerous agents who assure me they will solve my issue, but I'm still waiting for the promotion.  Was this a false promo to get us to sign up for new products or has anyone been able to activate this promotion? How can I move past the first level of agents and find someone who can solve my issue?

Can you tell me if they've resolved your situation? I am very interested in this promotion but so many complaints about how they are being treated, and have not yet gotten their activation emails.

Its still a technical problem redeeming the offer. I have been told it will be another week.

My issue has still not been resolved. They told me there is an outstanding issue ticket and it could take ten days to be resolved. Originally it was five to seven days. I'll wait until the end of the week and cancel the 5g before the 30 day cancellation period is up.

No one seems to be able to offer help in getting the NFL Sunday Ticket that was offered when  we signed up for the Verizon internet.  Very very very frustrating that the Corporate Verizon Manager advised that it was out of his hands.  We went with Verizon based on the NFL promotion.

Nothing has been resolved with this promotion.  We have been with Verizon for 21 years, which apparently counts for nothing. We upgraded our internet plan because of the promise to get sunday ticket on them. It's just been lie after lie about glitches in their system, and each time I called, I was told 24 to 48 hours to get the activation code for Sunday ticket. I was told that 4 times by 4 different reps over the phone. I've been told the previous rep did it wrong a few times. It's all lies to trick you into making changes to your plan to get more mo ey out of you, without ever i tending to do what they promised. It's false advertisement and they seem to get away with it. I'm am so frustrated just like everyone else they did this to. When I asked to speak t9 a supervisor I was told not available, and then transferred to another rep only to be strung along the same way, without ever intending to honor their promise to give you Sunday ticket.  They don't care at all about taking care of their customers and being with Verizon for 21 years means nothing to them.

Same happened to me. 4 phone calls, texts, lies and nothing has been resolved. I'm also a long time customer, which means nothing. Currently looking at new phone and internet provider.  I have 2 printouts of the qualifications and the upgrade I did qualifies.  Now I'm being told it does not qualify.

We've hotten nothing from them. Except for constant runaround and lies and stalling us at every call with many different reps. Don't trust what they tell you, sunday ticket won't happen no matter what you say or do. It's been nothing but a huge frustrating headache.  Don't waste your time with them because the promotion doesn't seem to exist, just a trick to get you to sign with them or upgrade your services under the empty promise to get sunday ticket on them.

Same issue here. They told me on the phone just now I have to wait until the "Redeem by Date of 10/26"  that when it expires. That is  half the season.
