I sign up for 5g Home Internet on 8/4/23. Was told I would receive an email on 8/11/23 to activate this NFL Sunday Ticket. I have taken to numerous agents who assure me they will solve my issue, but I'm still waiting for the promotion. Was this a false promo to get us to sign up for new products or has anyone been able to activate this promotion? How can I move past the first level of agents and find someone who can solve my issue?

The email gives you bad instructions and when you click the link it just goes to the home page of Verizon. There is no tile and play+ has no already paid for offers they are all new ones that you have to add
- Sign in to your My Verizon account and select the NFL Sunday Ticket tile at the top of the page to get started.
- Accept the terms and conditions on the next page, then continue to +play to choose your offer.
- Complete the enrollment in +play. Your billing address and payment method will be required, but you will not be charged for this season of the NFL Sunday Ticket as long as you remain qualified.
- Finally, select the NFL Sunday Ticket banner at the bottom of the page to log into or create your YouTube account to complete and finish activation. YouTube TV is not required.

- Had rep say I have 60 days to activate, I'm like that's unacceptable, season starts 9/10. I got the product now do your part and fix the problem before the season starts.

- I think if verizon doesn't have the this NFL Sunday offer fixed be fore the season starts, the news outlets should put Verizon on blast. Shame on you Verizon. Telling customers to get this by this date you qualify for offer. And Verizon doesn't provide the service then have the nerve to say you have 60 days to redeem offer, unacceptable. I want my free Sunday ticket before the season starts.

Similar thing happened to me with the Home Internet offer, I got an email went through the steps then they said I was not eligible. I contacted Verizon on the 8/21, they said I should get an new email in 3-5 days. I contacted Verizon again on the 30th. They said they will have it fixed in 24 hours, we will see. The rep claim they forwarded my case to the supervisor

I have the exact same issue. I chatted with 5-6 different reps. I was told I would receive an email by today. So far I have not received anything.

The other day when I was texting with an agent they said my line wasn't eligible for the promotion. The five or so agents before this all said that they checked my account and saw that it was eligible but now three weeks of waiting and I'm not eligible.
So, of course, I had to upgrade to 5g Home Plus. And it will be five more days until I get an email. I just wish someone would be honest with me because I don't think I will every see that email. I checked my account and the 5g home plus won't kick in until my next billing cycle so I doubt I'll ever see it.
I'm just frustrated and tired of hearing what a wonderful customer I am while my issue is not being solved.
I guess I should just be happy that the Internet and wireless service has been consistently stable and I have no issues.
But, for those of you who HAVE received your email. I would like to know if anyone has been able to activate this promotion.
