I signed up for the 1g network because I was promised NFL Sunday ticket and YouTube Tv as a promo. We have not been able to redeem the offer for over a month and we have talked to numerous supervisors who create "tickets" but can't fix anything. Clearly this is a recurring issue based on the community boards. I have cleared all data and have done every trick they've asked of me.
