After I signed up for 5G, just after Christmas , I received two emails to redeem the incentives - an Xbox and a $200 gift card.
The emails had links and step by step instructions to redeem. The tiles never showed up in my account.
I’ve spent hours with customer service in chat and on the phone. They tell me the same things and these things aren’t possible.
There are no tiles available for these.
I have no way of seeking resolution.
It appears I’m not alone, so this suggests there may be some resolution coming… let’s see. It wasn’t one little customer overlooked but some larger issue.
