Need help troubleshooting 5G arc home Internet

Unable to access admin page to reconnect modem after disconnecting my modem from cellular service via the admin page.
I was trying to limit access to my modem after seeing devices connected to it that shouldn't have been. And I stupidly disconnected my modems cellular signal in the process.
Can anybody help solve this issue?
