Network Extender "Connecting to HeMS Server"

My LGE Network Extender keeps saying "Connecting to HeMS Server".  I have talked to 4 tech people and done factory resets many times and nobody can help me.  Does anybody have any advice?  They tell me to take it back to the Verizon store which I have done and this is my 3rd one.  The MAC address is correct and active on my account.
