New internet service for a new construction home. Installer attached wire from pole in the back of yard and ran if above ground across the lawn 30-40 ft to the side of the house. The wire was left on the lawn. Is it verizon's responsibility to secure the cable (attach to fence and put underground where it crosses over to house) or do I need to hire an independent contractor. What type of contractors do this work? Thanks,
