I've had the same experience with Verizon. No gift card received. Was told by the agent that we had to activate it in the app and we were never told that by the installer of our modem. We were supposed to receive an email in order to activate the gift card and never received that either. I'm beginning to think Verizon is nothing but liars. And I thought Altafiber was bad! What a joke. 😡
