Never got $50 Xbox gift card

Verizon never delivered the $50 Xbox e-gift card EVEN AFTER 2 weeks from order. I called customer care and even directed them to the purchase receipt that showed the $50 gift card as part of the order. 
customer care agent had no clue and said they will escalate to their other department. 
I already spent 30 min talking to them and they want me to call back again in 4 days. 

Verizon has NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER TIME

Tanvir1486, we do care about the time and money you've spent on products. Your business is always appreicated and I'm sorry you're having trouble. I don't want to have you wait to call in, we can take a look at this together. I've sent a Private Message, so I could gather a few more details.

I provided the purchase receipt in the private message. It shows that $50 gift card was on my order. Let’s see if you guys know the promotions Verizon is promising since customer care had no clue what I was referring to when I called.
