Never received router box

Like many others, I too have put in  NUMEROUS requests for a Home 5G router return box. Each time I call the Help Line, I am assured that I will receive the box with label. However, NOTHING! This is very stressful!

Peter- I have called two times since my post. I still do not have a box! Actually, I plan to send the router back in the invisible box that was apparently sent to me 8 times!

same here. They won’t send you one. I got lucky after calling many times someone finally emailed me a return label. Now my problem is getting them to take off the non return fee which they said they would when they received the equipment. Now my service is shut off as if I didn’t pay my cell bill. I’m telling everyone I know to never get internet from Verizon
