Hello,
I have recently built a home that is located in an area with very limited internet options as there are no wired internet options available. My home address populates on the FCC Broadband Map, USPS, GIS, and Google Maps websites. However, it does not populate on Verizon's website to "check availability" for Home Internet options.
I have spoken to four different representatives who have not been able to provide answers as to where the data is sourced from nor how to add an address to Verizon's list. Without it being available on the list, internet is not available because the address simply does not exist. However, my closest neighbor is eligible for 5G Home Internet.
Is there an engineering team that can add my new address to the list to determine if and/or when Home Internet may become available?
