Just built a new house. All of my neighbors have 5G Internet but my address is still showing unavailable. I spoke to someone on the phone and I did a chat and I was told I'll get an email when it's available at my area. Is there anyway to expedite that so that I can set up internet upon move in? They didn't offer to setup a ticket or anything like that jsut said I'll get an email if and when it become available.
We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite the process. The only thing we can recommend is to continue to try with the email to get notifications on when the service is available in the area.
