I just switched to Verizon from Xfinity because the price was so much better. I received the router a day late and when I set everything up, it wouldn’t connect to the internet. I was on hold for over an hour and Verizon hung up on me. I tried the chat next but they were not able to help me either. So now I’m without internet until I’m able to actually get someone on the phone who can try to help me. I’m starting to think I should have stayed with Xfinity.
