Ok so now, my original post is now bundled in with the other posts complaining about this issue and customer service rep Natasha replied to my reply and now I cannot reply?
What is happening and why can someone not just reply via private message (like the previous customer service rep Lauren commented that she would), call, email, or text. Communication is lacking for a phone/internet provider.
Where is the follow through and accountability Verizon?
