I got the 5g Home Internet during the Nintendo Switch AND $200 Target Gift Card back in March. I finally received a promo code for the Switch but it never worked and is now expired.
I have called customer service 4 to 5 times trying to redeem this promo and ask where the gift card is. Every time I called them, they always "Escalated" the situation and told me to wait another week. How many times does a Customer have to call Customer Service becuase you can't get your head out of your....
Bad business practice.
