After the wait for the switch from spectrum to Verizon internet. Was promised a 200 gift card for target and a Nintendo Switch after 65 days. Even after having the email showing I’m qualified. First day customer rep told me that she would fix this and to keep chat open while I went to work. Nothing ever came thru. The next day opened chat with a different rep. Even proving the email tried to tell me something completely different. Being a long time customer over 14 years makes no difference. This is still not resolved and now one unhappy customer. Way to keep customer support and customers happy is a thing of the past. Don’t offer goods if you don’t plan on up holding promises..

I got the email today saying I can claim it. Tried the app, chrome on my phone and chrome on my MacBook and got error message saying to try later. I contacted customer service and they said it was down right now and that they would email me when fixed/corrected.
