After waiting 65 days, I was finally able to redeem the promotional Nintendo Switch today, but I keep receiving an error. When I called, the associate stated that the Nintendo switch is "while supplies last" and that I can wait till 9/18 for an unknown date for a unknown resupply. How are there plently of Nintendo Switches in stock for sale, but none available for promotion redemption? I'm starting to feel swindled by this promotion.
Same happen here I also got that same promotion but it give me error and I also call support and they say that same thing that “while supplies last” I have no idea what we can do about it
