I signed up for the home internet and patiently waited 65 days, i got the title card and email notification stating im eligible to redeem my offer, i selected the Nintendo switch, agreed to the terms and conditions and then i get an error message telling me to “try again” i contacted support was told it will be escalated and would take 5-7 days and then i should try it again, i already waited the 65 days, this is ridiculous im now reading everyone is going thru a similar situation
