Currently very frustrated like many others. Went to switch to a new home internet plan and was told I'd receive a switch after 65 days. I've waited the time frame and have now had to sit on several phone calls and submit multiple escalation forms. First I was told there was not enough information on the first form and it was denied. Then I was told it appeared that the right code may not have been applied to my account but I was on the right plan when I originally switched over. Now I keep being told my plan is eligible but I have never received one email regarding the promotion or the escalations, nor have I seen the tile for it appear in my app. I feel very much misled.
