No one gets back to me with answers only well escalate this and someone will get back to you no one has reached out I keep explaining my issue I get the error message when trying to redeem my home offer for the Nintendo switch, I got the email and Iโve tried to access this offer from the app and the internet itself from my phone iPad and computer and nothing just the same error message. And now I donโt even have the option to choose between the kinetic switch and Home Depot gift card the gift card option is grayed out and I can only select the switch only for it to give me the error message everytime. Someone please help tell me how I can get someone to actually answer this and who I can actually contact that will help me redden the offer. Iโm tired of the run around they charge all this money and keep raising the bill and stuff but canโt keep up with this

Are you looking to redeem this offer instead of the Switch? What error message are you seeing when trying to redeem your offer?

Thanks for that info. As far as support, have you contacted Customer Service and then we sent an escalation form for you? If so, when was that?

I called and had one out in on July 21rst the day I received after I received the email stating that I could redeem my offer,and they stated they escalated my issue and I would hear back Wednesday, Wednesday came no one called so I started a chat and they said they would escalate my issue again and still havenโt heard anything from neither escalation and I keep trying to redeem the offer and no matter what or how I try to claim the offer it states that there is an error and this is for the Nintendo switch
