I got the 5G Home Internet in Dec 2023. Was supposed to get a $200 Amazon gift card after 60 days. I received the email congratulating me on getting 5G but no instructions how to get the card. The sales rep said I'd get another email with instructions. I made multiple calls, all of which I have times/dates & names of who I spoke to. Eventually spoke to a rep in the Tier 2 tech support who said their team takes care of ALL issues - billing, tech support, managing services. Was told 3X that request for gift card was escalated. Last call on 3/5/24, I was told I'd get an email with redemption instructions by 3/19. Called today & was told that on 3/7, the escalation request was denied & they were supposed to contact me with that info. They didn't contact me & today I was told it was denied because I was past the 60 days. The Tier 2 rep I spoke with today, Eric, was very nice but he said there was nothing he could do. The only reason I was past the 60 days was because the rest of the reps didn't do their job! I have all the documentation I need proving I've been trying since mid January to get this resolved. Terribly unprofessional
