About a month ago, I cancelled my 5G home network because the speeds weren't good enough for my household. When I cancelled the service and closed the line, I was told I would be sent return packaging, but to this day, I have not received any sort of packaging or even shipping labels to return the router. I have attempted to communicate this to support, but never got an answer or any supplies sent. I will be charged for lost equipment on the 14th (which I will be filing an FCC complaint for if necessary/possible,) even though I have the equipment, I just never got packaging or otherwise for return shipping even though my shipping address is correct on my account. With none of Verizon support's assistance, I'm making this forum post in hopes I will be contacted. In the meantime, does anyone else have an issue with being sent return packaging?
