No Xbox X and No $200 gift cards?

Feels strange and seem i am not the only onethats been getting the run around for 60+ days now and still no indication on how or when I will get the TV I was told about as part of my purchase. Feels like a bait and switch situation and after reading all of the other customers post about the same issues.
