I also seem to have fallen victim to the 5(@m of an enticing deal to switch to 5G home internet. I ordered on 6/20/24 and the gateway was delivered 6/24/24, but never received an email nor did I ever have a promotion appear on my account. It’s been well over the original 65 days and is now almost to the final day I would have had to redeem the promotion 60 days after it supposedly would have gone to my account, but hey I guess it’s fine to fool and lie to people when big telecom companies are allowed to have monopolies on areas of the US
