I need urgent help and assistance with collecting my promised Xbox which I have not received I have only received the 200$ Amazon card as well as the 100 credit on my account but have not received my promised Xbox I have been getting the runaround and near want to pull my hair out I have not received my promised Xbox you guys have told me I was able to get I need this urgently I am a loyal Verizon customer and need this promotion because it was the whole reason I signed up I am a cancer survivor I have been through very very hard life obstacles and this is just giving me so much stress and worry that I shouldnโt be having please out of the compassion of your great company please hear my voice I did this for my son to get him a nice thing for Christmas and he is very sad as well please I need a resolution I have been promised multiple ones but still no resolution
