I canceled my internet in May, didn't have it for a month, and was under no contract. I just received a bill, in July, for 200+ dollars. It is labeled as non-retn fee and a bunch of sales tax. I'm assuming that non-retn means I didn't return the gateway, but I did that same month using the kit Verizon sent me. Can anyone help me and tell me if I'm correct?

I am having the same problem. I have been to the store twice, cancelled the 5G twice and returned the device. Verizon is charging me a non-return fee and claims they can not track the package given the tracking number on the label they sent to me.
I have spent 5 hours dealing with this. I will be contacting the attorney general in my state about this.
