Nonexistent gift card

so I was supposed to have received my Amazon gift card on September 30. I did not. They have the right email because they have sent me a Samsung card that I cannot use several times. I have chatted and called representatives every day and every day it’s been 24 to 48 hours. I am unable to contact someone from the redemption center directly. The representatives have all been outstanding, but I don’t think that I will get my gift card and although it’s not the end of the world, I feel like I’ve been misled.
