I Live on Tribal Land, but am not receiving the same $75 benefit as I did with my previous carrier. I was very clear about being on a fixed income and not having the ability to afford coming over to Verizon, but the sales agent(s) assured me transition would be hassle free and that I would be receiving a $200 gift card, as well, that Iโve not received; i switched 3 months ago, now.
Iโve been unable to get this situation resolved by using the my Verizon app And the chat assistant just keeps showing me irrelevant solutions that arenโt even related to my request.
has anyone else experienced this or know a solution? I really need to get it resolved because I canโt afford this!

They have made a bigger mess of things. my benefits expired before they got anything straightened out. I had to reapply for acp/lifeline, got approved, now nobody can seem to figure out how to apply it to my account. THERE IS STILL NO RESOLUTION.
WHAT IS GOING ON, VERIZON??? This is absurd!!!Iโm at my wits end. I am going to contact the FCC.
Shame on you, Verizon, for taking advantage of vulnerable people!
