Well Geee here is a weird one to start the week!!!.
just for kicks I decided to call the phone number that was assigned to me when I originally signed up for Verizon 5G Internet Service. When I signed up for Verizon 5G Internet service I was out here in Walnut Creek California. About 1 year into using 5G I noticed that I needed to change my service address. HERE IS WHERE THINGS GET WEIRD. I was told that in order to change my service address for Verizon 5g Internet, I would need to sign up for new service. That sounded fairly logical to me so I went ahead and did that.
The WEIRD thing is that even though I have changed my service address for Verizon 5G Internet, The phone number that I am using to connect to the Internet has remained the same. The reason that I find that weird is because, When I called it the other night. I got a message saying that the number was either disconnected or no longer in service. As You might imagine, when I got that recorded message, the first thing that went through my head is, IF THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED OR NO LONGER IN SERVICE THEN HOW AM I GETTING WIFI INTERNET SERVICE?. Of Course I am NOT worried about it since everything is working, But I am awful curious.
