Hello guys. Can anyone from you have a solution to my problem ? Basically I can't sign in to Play Station Network when using my fios internet. I contacted Sony and from their side everything is good. I can sign in using only my mobile data. Same happens when trying to use the internet by signing from the console signing user menu, so it's nothing from browser issues or PS services since I can sign in but using the mobile data. We tried rebooting, reset and adding DNS . A clue that might be is that Sony told me that might be an IP restriction or changed but from the moment I am writing this post that has not been solved or verified. Hope you can help me, please.
