Poor internet connection

Hello I've been has connection issues with my 5g home internet. Either devices connected to network have very slow internet speed or show connected and the internet does not work on the devices. Example will be connect on TV and try to open YouTube and it just keeps trying to load.

I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps and nothing works.

I am having tge same issues but Verizon wants to charge me $60 to install a wall jack so apparently that's going to fix the. I have already spent $100 to buy a wifi extender because Verizon technician to me to get one that it will fix all the dead zone am having issues with oh it didn't help for one they put router way back in the garage they install so many boxes in my garage I still don't have good connections in the house . Am going back to Comcast Xfinity way better
