I’ve been a proud Verizon customer for three years and truly value your reliable service and excellent customer support. However, I’m struggling to justify the cost difference compared to other providers.
For example, my sister uses Spectrum’s 500 Mbps plan for just $34.99/month, while my current Verizon plan is significantly more expensive for similar speeds. As a loyal customer, I’d prefer to stay with Verizon—but the price gap is hard to ignore.

Go with what works. That's how competition works!
Keep in mind Spectrum's pricing being shown is their promotion rate. The $35/m 500Mbps/20Mbps plan you're talking about goes up to $80/m once the promotion runs out. It costs more if you rent a router from them (the modem is free with the service like it is with Verizon). Here's their Rate Card if you're curious where I'm getting these numbers from: https://www.spectrum.com/policies/rate-card .
Do you have the 5G Internet bundled with a Verizon Wireless plan? That does drop the price a little bit, and you might be able to get Verizon to drop it a little more for you if you call them.
