Product Review of Home Internet

I have never been more disappointed in my life.  I called Verizon last Monday to place an order for home internet and I paid 15 dollars to have it delivered to my home the next day. Not only did they not deliver it the next day, they didn't deliver it UNTIL THE NEXT WEEK. First, they didn't even take down my payment correctly so the order took two days to go through. Then, I paid for the order to be delivered the next day and they took ONE WHOLE WEEK to ship the router. They are literally incapable of providing the services I paid for. They're competitors (AT&T) literally did a better job of getting home internet to me when I asked for it. Too bad I cancelled with AT&T to switch to Verizon because I thought Verizon would take less time, but no they're incapable to providing the service that I paid for. If you ever get home internet from them, expect it to take forever and to be on the line with them for seven hours.

It took two days for the device to arrive here and about twenty minutes to set it up.

I also had two ISP's at the time (I've paused Starlink, now running Verizon 5G/DSL backup now)
