Promised gift card for 5G Internet sign-up

I've called and chatted with Verizon at least twice about receiving the Target gift card $200 offer for signing up for 5G Internet.  Once I was told just to go to Target and ask for it (which I didn't believe so I didn't do it).  The second time on chat I was told he would put me in for the gift card and then I would receive in about 6 weeks.  I have not received it or any indication it is coming.  My nephew had the same issue....he chatted and got the gift card in a matter of days.  He also has in his account an offer for a Nintendo Switch.  I received nothing and he is on my account.  I'm at a loss of what to do at this point.  Any help would be appreciated.  I've been a customer for probably over 10 years and have 7 people on my account....you'd think I would get was I was promised.

RAL981 thanks for being part of VZ for ten plus years. I of course want you to recieve any promotion you qualify for. Based on what you shared, the right process was followed to submit for the Target gift card. It takes about 5-business days for the request to be processed, and then the card comes via email (to the email we have on file with the account) within those 4-6 weeks.

The email will have the following details;

Email Subject: Your Gift Card has Arrived
Email Sender: YourWirelessRebate@YourWirelessRebateCenter.com

If it's been more than six weeks since you spoke/worked with my colleague, I'd check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes I’ve seen those emails end up there. If it hasn't been, then I would just ask for your pateince as if you qualified the email can arrive still during this timeframe.

Yep! Same here I got duped and was promised a $200 target gift card AND a Nintendo switch. Haven’t gotten either and it’s so hard for this company to just make it right!
